Parenting Top Tips from Child Counselling Charity

Many parents feel that parenting has never been so … complicated. At Fegans we are often helping parents who feel overwhelmed juggling busy lives with badly behaved children and teens. Additional challenges such as the breakdown of family life and the onset of social media issues mean that our parent support workers are often called out to support parents at the end of their tether. So we have put together some of our top tips for parenting, including a short mini course to help you with some of the most common issues.
Here’s what you’ll get when you sign up to our Parenting Top Tips

Learn how a child’s brain works and why they misbehave

Practical steps to respond to a child or teen who is withdrawn or aggressive

Setting age relevant boundaries and consequences

How to communicate in a way that a child or teen can understand

If Fegans is a charity why isn't counselling free?
We would love to be able to offer our services for free. Sadly we rely on donations so need to charge to cover our costs.
We do not make a profit.
