Intranet News and New HR System
For those of you at the Staff Day you will have heard talk of a new intranet heading our way soon. This intranet is actually part of a wider HR system that we will be implementing over the next month. Before you panic at yet another computer system…let me put your mind at rest!
We have been working hard over the last year to secure the perfect HR system that makes your lives easier, not more difficult. The plan is that when you log in to your Office 365 account the first page you see will be our intranet (this means no extra log in details to remember!) From this intranet page, you will have all the usual links to mail and calendar etc. as well as other useful links such as ETO and IT support. The intranet will also have lots of up to date information, such as these You Speak articles and discussion boards.
From this intranet page you will also be able to enter in to ‘MyFegans’. This is where you will find all sorts of useful details such as all your personal and employment details and policy documents. You will also be able to update your own info such as address and bank details.
Most excitingly from MyFegans you will be able to fill out your timesheet and expenses. These will then be submitted straight to your line manager making the whole process much simpler and smoother for you with no more excel spreadsheets to download!
