The Speakers:

Vicky Bellman

Vicky Bellman is Fegans’ Deputy West Kent Area Manager and an experienced counsellor, working with children, teens and adults, and also develops the therapeutic training programme that is on offer at Fegans. She has a Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counsellor from Wealden College, and is passionate about supporting children and parents therapeutically. She has worked for Fegans for eight years, and loves being involved in the organisation ‘as it adapts to the changing social pressures and issues – we’re right at the front line, and we can offer really meaningful intervention and support to those that are struggling’.

Isobel McDougal

Having trained initially as a primary school teacher, Isobel spent 20 years working in universities and colleges, training adults to work with young children. Isobel is a parent and a grandparent and having recently retired emjoys spending more time with her grandchildren. Isobel says: “I believe that families are important – a place where children can grow a strong sense of self, develop confidence and is the primary place for learning. The combination of my beliefs and experiences influence my work with Fegans as a Parent Support Worker.”
