We are looking for a Deputy Pre-School Manager and Early Years Practitioners.
Deputy Pre-School Manager and Early Years Practitioners - Maidstone, Kent
In September 2020 we will be opening an on-site Pre-School and After School Club and we are looking for passionate and highly-motivated staff to join our team. The Pre-School will have capacity for 30 children per session and will operate term time only.
For the Deputy Manager role, you will need to have a minimum Level 3 NVQ Child Development and Education, or equivalent and be experienced in running a team and/or a Pre-School that strives for excellence. Working hours are 37.5 hours per week, term time only and the salary is £10.71 per hour, plus a £1.30 per hour holiday entitlement.
For the Early Years Practitioner roles, you will need to be able to demonstrate a minimum of twelve months’ experience in a Pre-School setting. Flexible working hours are available, up to 20 hours per week and the starting salary will be £8.93 per hour, plus £1.08 per hour holiday entitlement.
